Steps to configure Gmail-POP3 account in Outlook 2007 • Open the Outlook 2007 app from the desktop and click the Tools menu that is available on the top-left corner • Select the Account Settings option from the drop-down list. • In the Account Settings window, click the New button under the E-mail tab. • On the Auto Account Setup screen, enter your desired name near the Your Name field • Type your Gmail account password in the Password and Retype Password fields. • Click Next button to synchronize or add your Gmail account automatically to Outlook 2007. • Click the Finish tab and access your Gmail account quickly from the Outlook 2007 application. • If you wish to configure the Gmail account manually or the Outlook fails to sync with your Gmail account, • On the Internet E-mail Settings screen, fill the User Information, Server Information and the Logon Information fields. • Under the User Information tab, enter your desired name in the Your Name field and type your full Gmail address in the E-mail Address field. • In the Server Information section, choose POP3 from the Account Type pull-down menu.
