  15. Sufficient Pre-Planning Financial Considerations Are Key When Planning For Your Remodel. • What is my intended investment range for the project itself? • Are additional meal costs likely (i.e. with a kitchen remodel)? • Will I need to rent a hotel room or incur furniture storage costs? • Have I included taxes and possible furniture needs for my new ttttspace?

  16. Sufficient Pre-Planning Do I want to stay during construction or do I have an option to live elsewhere?

  17. Sufficient Pre-Planning We’d love to tell you that the remodeling process will be all sunshine and roses, but we’d be lying if we did. Choosing The Right Team Choosing the right construction team for your project is important. • Do they understand your vision? • Do they have a design resource available to help you? • Do you know who will be in your home? • Are they licensed and bonded for all activities they’ll do? • Have you received a referral or checked references? • Do they warranty their work? • Do you trust them? What is your gut instinct?
