  8. 4 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) Cable & Wireless (Antigua) Ltd Antigua Computer Technology Ltd (ACT) Antigua & Barbuda Public Utilities Authority (APUA i-Net) Maricom (services the high-end yachting industry) • ISP licenses already awarded to Karib Cable, CTV, and Antilles Communications – not yet operational • 3 GSM Mobile Providers Digicel – (GPRS) Cable & Wireless (Antigua) Ltd – (GPRS) Antigua & Barbuda Public Utilities Authority (APUA–PCS)

  9. Wi-Max broadband by Cable & Wireless - minimum of 1 megabyte to homes • Wi-Fi and Wi-Max mesh network by Antigua Computer Technology Ltd - island-wide coverage • ADSL Network by APUA i-Net • Mobile Penetration rate greater than 125%
