  2. Authors • Review your outline: • Organize/Label your outline into “Introduction, Body and Conclusion” if you have not done so already.

  3. What to do The future questions may be answered in the outline out of order as long as it is labeled to be in a particular order. Review the outline based on the questions provided. Make any comments in complete sentences about their information, whether they are missing information, their information is not detailed enough or the things that are good.

  4. Introduction Does it offer a thesis foundation? Does it have a thesis that incorporates the core, the breakdown, and any major source being used?

  5. Body Label each body paragraph with what historical/biographical element is being addressed.

  6. Body (cont.) Does each body paragraph have 1 specific quotes from Oliver Twist & 1 from historical research? And, is it cited? (i.e. the actual quote or page numbers) Is each quote explained in the context of the text & explained in the context of the topic setence?

  7. Conclusion Does it explain how all the commentary proved the thesis core? Does it have a closing thesis?

  8. Overall • Does he/she have enough information to create a thousand word essay? • Would you be able to write a thousand word essay based solely on his/her outline?

  9. Revise • Review the statements made on your outlines. • Add/Modify your outlines in a different color pen directly on your outline or on an attached sheet of paper. • Create a 1000 word rough draft based on your outline.
