  4. Adding ports into the system You receive notification from a housing authority they have a tenant with intentions of moving to your jurisdiction. Once you receive paperwork, you can begin to put this new person into the system.

  13. Adding ports into the system • At this point the port in is added into applicant list. • Once you receive paperwork from the initiating HA, and interview the applicant, you can put the applicant details into the system, and issue a voucher.

  20. Adding a port into the system Your port in now has a voucher and can go our and find a unit to move to. The port in will return with an RFTA, enabling you to perform a rent reasonableness comparison and inspection. If both are okay, you can house the port in, into ORC.
