Annual SEWP Conference • Conference Location • Austin, Texas • Week of May 18st - 22th , 2009 • CH’s present Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday-(PM meeting) • Evening event suggestions welcome • Conference website went online 12/08: • All customers that have watched video or signed an order in past year have been notified • Currently 41 Government Attendees Registered • Currently 17 Contract Holders Registered (2 per company) • Hotel Information, Directions & Logistics available on website

  8. International 3-year Plan Below is the list of international locations which SEWP will be coordinating with CH’s to visit in the coming 3 years. • Japan, Korea, Guam • Hawaii • Germany • Italy • England Please fill out the survey on your table regarding these possibilities.

Updated Conference Materials • New Contract Holder and Manufacturer signs for conferences • Available today and at all shows at which SEWP is present • Brochures for DoD, VA & NASA will be updated with fee info (available on CHOP) • Media Insert • FCW will produce another SEWP Insert similar to 2007, 2008. Advertising will be available. • SEWP passes these brochures around throughout the year
