MSP in Normal Pituitries VS Prolactinomas

This study explores the differences in gene expression and DNA methylation patterns between normal pituitaries and prolactinomas. Utilizing the HLAG and GSTP1 markers, samples were analyzed to identify significant differences in methylation status. The findings reveal distinct profiles between tumor and normal tissues, providing insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying prolactinomas. The results may have implications for understanding the pathogenesis of pituitary tumors and developing therapeutic strategies.
