Teams and Coaches • Young Guns 5th and 6th Grade • Coach Brian Sullivan • Practice Mon and Wed 4:30 until Dark, Sat 3 – 5 pm at Macco Field • Senior Middle School 7th and 8th Grade • Coach Scott Markell • Practice Mon and Wed 4:30 until Dark, • Sat 3 – 5 pm at Macco Field • Possible Junior Middle School experienced 6th graders and new 7th graders

Teams and Coaches • Junior Varsity • Coach Rusty Genson/Tom Partin • Conditioning Mon 4:00 -5:30 at PLEX • Practice Tues 4:00 until dark and Sat 10:00 am 12:00 pm at Macco Field • Practice Thurs 4:00 – 5:30 followed by conditioning from 5:30 – 6:30 at PLEX • Varsity • Coach Rusty Genson/Brodie Simmons • Conditioning Mon 4:00 -5:30 at PLEX • Practice Tues 4:00 until dark and Sat 10:00 am 12:00 pm at Macco Field • Practice Thurs 4:00 – 5:30 followed by conditioning from 5:30 – 6:30 at PLEX

Committees “We need our coaches to coach, players to play hard and parents to handle everything else.”  anonymous parent • Game and Field prep • Organize concessions • Line the field on game day • Fill needed spots for each game • Ensure the practice field is in good shape and lined. • filming Varsity and JV games • Recruiting • This committee will in organizing all recruiting efforts • Contacting schools and making inroads with school employees. • Assisting in Lacrosse demos at Elementary and Middle schools • Fund Raising • Explore alternate means of funding our teams. Corporate sponsor etc. • Activities, Camps, etc that supplement our dues

Committees “We need our coaches to coach, players to play hard and parents to handle everything else.”  anonymous parent • Community Relations • Maintain contact with FBISD. • Maintain a good relationship with the City of Sugar Land • Prepare and submit paperwork for capital improvement projects to Parks and Recreation Dept • Events • Organize tournaments • Arrange and Execute Letterman Jacket ceremony • Coordinate jacket, letter and patch acquisition

PLEX partnership • We have been approached by PLEX to partner with them in building champion athletes • PLEX sees the growth potential of Lacrosse and wants to get in on the ground floor • It will not be uncommon for your child to be training with top athletes in the area both professional (Texans, Dynamo, etc) and amateur • In order to make the partnership work, PLEX is giving us training and access to their facility at 70% off the normal rate • PLEX is serious about building champions, and commitment and dedication by your son is required • PLEX is a full service sports therapy center with doctors and physical therapists on staff. Sports injuries and rehab can be done at their facility to speed recovery. They accept all forms of insurance so it can be a one-stop-job for the recovering athlete

Ranger Road Map to the Championship • Recruit at 5th and 6th grade level to develop outstanding stick skills and Lacrosse IQ by the time the players reach the JV and Varsity teams • Provide outstanding coaching and specialty training to differentiate our athletes • Build discipline, respect, commitment and esprit de corp through more structured practices and team rules • Build explosive and conditioned athletes through our partnership with PLEX • Make achieving the Varsity squad a true honor by awarding a school letterman jacket to position winners • Provide competitive training and game fields • Develop a first rate parents booster organization to support these goals
