2. 可以接受图书馆服务的“残疾人”统称为“残疾读者” “残疾人”是指在心理、生理、人体结构上，某种组织、功能丧失或者存在严重障碍，日常生活或者社会活动受到持续性限制的人。 图书馆残疾读者一般包括视力残疾、听力残疾、言语残疾、肢体残疾、智力残疾、精神残疾。 Definition of disabled reader- All disabled people that can accept library service Disabled person refers to people who is psychologically, physiological, or physically handicapped and some of his/her body tissues or functions have been lost or hardly be used, in which case, influences his/her daily life or social life persistently. 14. 4、做好残疾读者服务的体会Experience of servicing disabled people 4.1主动联合当地残联部门，提高阅读活动的影响力 Actively cooperate with local Disabled Persons Federation, enhance the influence of reading activity • 残联组织——“代表、服务、管理”残疾人，弘扬人道主义，发展残疾人事业，保障残疾人平等地充分参与社会生活 • 赢得经费支持，组织发动残疾人员参与活动 • 有效避免宣传冷清、参与者稀少 • Disabled Persons Federation— Stands for, services and manages disabled people, advocates a humanitarian spirit, promotes disabled programs, and ensures disabled people fully and equally participating in social life • Obtain funding support, organize disabled people participating in activities • Make propaganda effectively.
