Tofind the best buy you have to divide the price of the product by the number in the packet. So best buy is finding the lowest price of a product. For example: ASDA is selling 3 for £1.20 and a pack of 9 for £7.25. Which is better value? First you do: £1.20 3=40p So 1 is 40p Then you do: £7.25 9=80.5p So the best value is the pack of 3 for £1.20 because 1 bar is 40p and the pack of 9 for £7.25 is 80.5p for 1.
