Integrate the three early childhood outcomes/COS framework throughout the IFSP process to improve child, family, and programmatic results. • Full Statewide implementation ofthe COS using the new Strengths and Needs Summary – Part IIIA of the IFSP. • Provide training and technical assistance (Winter/Spring 1012) on revised IFSP Outcomes Wizard with additional tools and resources (i.e., electronic crosswalk of Healthy Beginnings) to strengthen the COS process and development of functional outcomes. • Utilize available COS reports generated through the web-based IFSP for decision-making at the individual child/family level, local program level and State level (Fall 2011 release). • Require local implementation of COS Training of Trainers model (CSPD plan in FY2013 CLIG). • Continue to assess local needs to determine future Statewide professional development on the online/offline IFSP and integration of Child Outcomes Summary into the IFSP process.
