  1.   Zarra?a’s Co?ee has expanded its Central Queensland footprint with the opening of a third Rockhampton store at Tenancy 2, 65 George Street, Rockhampton South . This follows the April launch of the Gracemere outlet—Zarra?a’s 79th store—and strengthens the brand’s regional presence. The new store is operated by franchisees Madyson McCall and Lachlan Beirne , who also own the Gracemere location. Both began their journey through Zarra?a’s Manager Program on the Sunshine Coast before relocating to Rockhampton, where they now run two thriving stores. Rockhampton South features a next-generation format that combines the speed of Zarra?a’s signature drive-thru service with the comfort of indoor café seating . This ?exible model is designed to meet evolving customer preferences while o?ering a welcoming community space. The store will employ around 30 local sta? , with several team members from Gracemere promoted into senior roles at the new outlet. This continuity ensures smooth operations while supporting local career growth.
