  1. MySpanishLab™ is your gateway to the multimedia and online resources for your course. Here’s how it will help you:

  2. Personalized Learning MySpanishLab includes Readiness Checks for every chapter that help you to understand key grammatical concepts. A personal Study Plan is generated that tells you what you have mastered, and identifies where you need further study. Tutorials are provided to help you master concepts.

  3. Practice Speaking Spanish! MySpanishLab contains Oral Practice activities that allow you to record your voice and improve your speaking skills! The Wimba™ powered voice recording tool allows you to record your voice, play back and re-record until you are happy with your submission.

  4. Layered Support Helps You Learn! MySpanishLab offers you point-of-need help while you do your homework. Links to Extra Practice Activities, the eBook, Tutorials and more support your learning.

  5. Here’s what you need to get started: 1) A student access code (packaged with your new text or available for purchase online at www.myspanishlab.com) Looks like: SMPLE – FRILL – TONLE – WEIRS - CHOIR - FLEES 2) A valid email address. 3) Your school’s zip code. 4) Your Course ID (provided by your instructor).

  6. MySpanishLab Student Registration • Go to: www.myspanishlab.com • Click “Students” under Register or Buy Access

MySpanishLab Student Registration • Select one of the following: • If you already have an access code, click “I already have an access code” • If you need to buy access online, click “I need to buy access.”Note: You will then follow those prompts to complete the purchase and registration process all at once.

  8. Student Registration • Read the License Agreement & Privacy Policy and click “I Accept”

  9. MySpanishLab Student Registration Enter your student access code exactly as it appears (one “word” per box). Continue through the screens, ultimately creating your own personal login name and password.

  10. You will see a confirmation screen once your registration is complete! Confirmation & Summary

  11. Logging in to your course • Go to: www.myspanishlab.com • Click “Browser Tuneup” to make sure your computer has the appropriate free software installed. • Click “Log In” under “Returning Users.” • Enter the login name & password you created.

  12. The 1st time you login to MySpanishLab you will need to “Enroll in a Course”. Type in your “Course ID” that your instructor provides to you. Your MySpanishLab course will now appear in your My Courses List. Using your Course ID
