Participate in the High School Challenge and win up to $2,500 for your school! Showcase your school's spirit, community involvement, and sustainability efforts through photos, videos, and scrapbooks. Extra consideration will be given to entries with new recycling and sustainability practices.

  2. 2010 High School Challenge Playbook • What- High School Challenge • When – starts 8-15 through 10-29 • Prizes– Grand Prize =$2,500 (5 Grand Prize winning Schools in Eastern TN) • Runner Up =$2,000(5 Runner-Up Schools will be awarded in Eastern TN) • Participating schools that DO NOT win Grand Prize or Runner- up will receive $1,000 for participation. • How– 1.) Contact your local participating Walmart location for more details.(store manager) • Submit photos, videos, scrapbooks, etc.. to document school spirit , community involvement & sustainability programs (recycling programs, energy reduction efforts, water stewardship efforts, etc…) to Walmart store or Coke Account Manager by 10-29-10. • Extra consideration will be given to entries who create NEW recycling and sustainability practices for the High School Challenge vs. submitting existing programs. • Such as:( Recycling programs, Energy Reduction efforts, use of recycled materials…etc) • Walmart Market Management and Coke Representatives will judge entries week of Nov 1st, 2010. • Entries will be Judged based on : • sustainability effort- effectiveness of sustainability program- how may groups were involved? • Community involvement (How did the community know about your event / program?) • Creativity – Create something NEW! • Overall school spirit and involvement • Winners will be announced week of 11-08-10.

  3. Grand Prize-Ultimate U.T. Sideline Access! • The Grand Prize winning High School will be invited to attend the UT vs. Kentucky game on November 27, 20010. • Grand Prize winner will receive: • “Fake Check” presentation filmed at UT’s circle park for airing on the Jumbo-tron during the UT vs. Kentucky game (filmed before the KY game) • “Pre-game” Sideline Access for total of Two (2) people (In the event of a tie for Grand prize winner, we will split this pkg. and allow ONE (1) guest from each school to access sidelines.) • Two (2) Regular Game tickets to UT vs Kentucky game on 11-27.
