  2. 資料庫背景介紹 • 1972年 英國流行病學家Archie Cochrane • 使用已被證明有效果的醫療措施，可避免資療資源浪費 • 呼籲健康照護的成效應有實證研究→RCT研究支持 • 1993年 Cochrane Collaboration成立 • 13個研究中心(亞洲的分支：新加坡、泰國、香港等) • 53個醫療系統評論小組(如:呼吸性感染、麻醉等…) • 15000位醫療專業人士(科學家、健康專家、研究人員)投入Systematic Review
