Rebate for use of Franking impression on Bulk Mails Rebate on Pre-sorted District/TD wise Mails Free “ Pick-Up” facilities through Pick-up Man. “Door delivery” facilities for the Mails Addressed to Bulk Mailers. BNPL facilities to the Bulk Mailers Pre-sorted Bulk Mails& Facilities given to the Bulk Mailers:-

  6. Bulk Mailer has to Make deposit equal to one month Average Posting. No deposit from Govt. Companies/firms. On calculation if the Total Amounts comes to the deposited Amount the Bulk Mailers has to deposit further Amount through Cheque/DD. Calculation as per the class/types & weight of Articles. Calculation of Tariff of Bulk Mails

  7. The following registers are maintained in MBC/MBU to keep up to date record: Cheque register F.M. Register ( Machine wise & Company wise) Register on Monitoring of Out standing Amounts Day to day record of work/Articles given by the customers with revenue earned. Registers Maintained In MBC/MBU
