Action Team Goals and Objectives • Goal: Rapid reengineering of key agency activities to prepare for the new healthcare ecosystem. • Objectives: • Implement statewide access to treatment process by assessing the current access process, cost and timelines for service type, credential and program design. • Create and agree to consistent statewide standardized clinical assessment instruments. • Identify time limited defined treatment episodes to create statewide consistency. • Develop and implement actual cost and outcomes per episode of care. 2-9-11 ICCMHC Meeting
