Expression Profiles of KIX Domain Genes in Arabidopsis Under Elicitors and Hormones Treatment

This study investigates the expression profiles of genes encoding KIX domain proteins in Arabidopsis when treated with various elicitors and hormones. A heatmap displays normalized and baseline-transformed average log2 signal values of these genes. Treatments with elicitors include water, CaCl2, MgCl2, Flg22, HrpZ, and LPS (A), while hormone treatments include ethanol, ABA, JA, and SA (B). Significant changes in gene expression were observed at different time points post-treatment. The accompanying color legend indicates the expression scale range.
