  6. Mental/Emo Health Triangle Social Physical Health: is the combination of physical, mental/emotional, and social well-being. Health Triangle: should be balanced and includes mental/emotional, social, and physical health.

  7. Physical Health: how well your body functions. Mental/Emotional Health: how well you meet the demands of daily life, and your ability to process information. Social Health: the way you get along with others.

Learning about health that gives people the tools they need to live a long, energetic, productive life. It will help us to: A (Achieve) H (Display Honor) and S (Provide Service).
