New Features – Guest User • Guest User Access to Conferences • Allows user access without existing user account. • Guest user needs to provide: • Full Name • Unique Guest ID (ex. email address) • Conference Code – unique per conference • MPS 3.0 & WI 3.0 required • Not supported by MetaFrame Secure Access Manager • Secure Gateway strongly suggested

New Features – Attendee Control • Attendee Application Sharing • Attendees can launch applications in an active conference • Host must grant permission • Attendee Moderated Mouse/Keyboard Control • There are now two options for control • Attendee Moderated • Allows one attendee to pass control to another attendee • Host Moderated • Host defines who has mouse and keyboard control • Attendees can now request control

Installation Requirements • Installation Requirements • Conferencing Manager Client and Conference Room components may be installed on either MetaFrame XP FR3 or MPS 3.0 • Guest Attendee Web Interface must be installed on an MPS 3.0 Web Interface Server • CO and ECO may be installed on any NT/2000 domain server • ECO requires .NET 1.1 • CMCM 3.0 will support both v5 and v6 licensing
