How far have we come? Over the last 18 months • Established governance • Developed 5 year Strategic Plan • Participated as leads in several trans-disciplinary initiatives • Maintained programming 3

New initiatives • Working with University Communications and other campus partners to increase visibility of the arts, streamline access to arts departments through website, and raise arts engagement across campus • Oversight of arts galleries • Partnership with FPM on campus public art • Facilitating discussions on arts admissions and recruitment • Curricular Management and Support 6
