  1. What does South Baltimore Family Health Center Do? We provide a quality health care option for the Baltimore community. With same day appointments, walk-ins, and even an ambulatory surgery center, we offer the care your family needs. We offer non-hurried, thoughtful care for non-concierge prices. Our strength as a practice is that we have the ability to devote time to each patient and follow through to solve each patient’s problem. We accept most insurances, and offer a 50% discount on our fees for cash payments. For those with minor conditions who cannot get to our office due to work obligations or time constraints, we offer video conference visits for a small convenience fee. We’ve all been there—we’re feeling under the weather, but we don’t have time to go to the doctor’s office. If only there was a way to visit with the doctor from home or the office. Now there is! It’s never been easier to see your doctor when you have a minor condition. Our virtual visits let you use a secure, HIPPA- compliant platform to see the doctor anywhere you have an internet connection. We’ve started offering virtual appointments to continue this tradition of service and putting the patient first. Downtown Baltimore Family Care is lead by Dr. Marc Posner. Dr. Posner has 30 years of experience in family medicine. He trained in family medicine and did his family medicine residency in 1976 to 1979. He was Board certified in Family Medicine from 1979 to 2008. In addition to experience and knowledge, Dr. Posner cares about each of his patients and takes the time needed with each patient. He doesn’t rush to push each patient through, but offers thoughtful care and follow up to address each of their problems. Maryland Family Care provide many more facilities.
