Comments on finance The more local activity and participants the merrier: • Minimal travel and stay expenses and loss of hours of work. • Favourable deals with regional hotels coursed by great activity/year = RICA: 33% reduction of prices • Negotiation with lecturer gives us discounts up to 20-30%.(We only except lecturer-fee and not price per person.) • A cheaper alternative: RKK uses its own facilities incl. Food. Savings from 70 to 140 Cr per participant.
Services- Effective Output What do the Municipalities expect in return: • Higher service quality in serving people. • Better working environments – security, self-confidence, rely on each other, prevent burn-out. • Increased motivation –the feeling of being competent, valued as an employee • Quality Insurance – to do the right things in the proper way, effective, be able to fulfil (law-) imposed demands
