Q5 Q8 Q7 Q6 Q4 Q1 Q2 Q3 Typical Regular Project Lifecycle Step 5: Project Coversheet is prepared by the STCU for Funding Party Review including submitted Letters of Recommendation Step 1: Project Manager (CIS Scientist) Submits a Short-Form Proposal or Five Page Form for a Partnership Project to the STCU Step 3: Project Manager Submits a Full-Form Proposal or a Five Page Form to the Host Government for Approval Step 7: Project Agreement & Work Plan Completed by Project Manager and the STCU Quarterly, Annual and Final Reports Typical STCU Project Lifecycle Monitoring Visits Redirection Letters Step 2: A STCU Deputy Executive Director (DED) Validates the Project and a Registration Letter is sent to the Project Manager Step 4: Host Government Concurrence is Received by the STCU Step 6: Biannual Funding Party Governing Board Meeting Approves Funding
