  1. What do you know that most people don’t? Basically it is a trick which i learned couple of days back. I have office 365 subscription which keeps on crashing, like this So Microsoft Office.com/setup being a proper Government organization have technical support time of 9 AM to 6PM. Just couple of days back, my MS OFFICE was showing me this error( above pic) and i contacted Microsoft office.com/setup team by using chat option. I have contacted them many time before also, but what they do that they uninstall it using fixit tool ( which takes more then 3–4 in uninstalling office in my machine ) so i asked them to do anything other then uninstalling it using that tool. one of their support team member has taken remote access of my pc and she was uninstalling it manually and then she decided to restart it . ( In general as soon as pc start again, they get remote access automatically as applet keep on running on background ) After restarting my PC, time was 6: 02 PM and she lost access to my PC . it was Friday, their chat support time was closed at 6pm, Saturday and Sunday is holiday and now i am neither able to uninstall not nor i can install office again.

So then i used VPN proxy server ( Germany as it was still working time there ) and changed URL in URL i changed en-in in between , which means English -India, language and country to de-de which stands for Germany- German, translated the page and it worked. i got in touch with another support executive and then he solved it ( changed PC time before giving remote access )
