CSF2 – Customer Relationship Management Customer relationship management (CRM) is a widely-implemented strategy for managing a company’s interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. Megastudy uses Total Contact Center(TCC),MassCustomization, and Teacher Created Contents(TCC) for CRM. Mass Customization
  11. TCC – Total Contact Center TCC is extended version of CC(Contact Center). CC is customer service center consist of CTI and ERMS. If CC is optimized by other CRM functions such as database management system(DBMS), CC becomes TCC.
  12. CTI – Computer Telephony Integration CTI is a system that computer is integrated with telephone. CTI can offer customers information, collect information automatically. Also CTI records every counsel in order to provide better services. ex) When a person calls to Megastudy service center, CTI finds the best counselor for him and transfers the call. Every call is recorded in DB individually.
  13. ERMS – Email Response Management System ERMS is a system which can analyze the text messages such as email to find the best counselor who can feet the customers’ needs the best. Also ERMS recommends the possible responses to the counselor. ex) When a person mails to Megastudy service center, ERMS categorizes it and send it to the counselor who is in charge. The complains of customer and its responses are stored in DB.
  14. CRM2 - Mass Customization Mass customization is the production of personalized or custom-tailored goods or services to meet consumers' diverse and changing needs at near mass production prices. It is enabled by Database and Learning Management System in Megastudy.
