Do I Make a Difference? Exploring Rainforest Plants and Their Impact

In this project, I explore the question of how individual actions affect the rainforest. If I were a rainforest plant, I would be a Venus Fly Trap, known for its small size and carnivorous nature, making it fun to watch. I also admire the cacao tree, tall and essential for chocolate production. Through a comparison of these plants, I examine the impact of rainforest products like avocado, chewing gum, and coffee on the environment. I discuss the ethical implications of harvesting these resources and how we can contribute positively to rainforest conservation from Salina, KS.
