Air Planning Agreement FY 09: Commitments, Timelines, and Reporting Updates

  2. Air Planning Agreement FY 09 is Year 2 of Two-Year Agreement Except PPGs: AL, GA, MS, SC We can use current two year applications to cover 1st increment of FY 09 funding. (Handout)

Air Planning Agreement EPA Revisions for FY 09: • Added organizational page and generic language in front. • Added FY 09 performance measures template. • Added 1 new proposed state commitment . • (page 14 of Mark-Up) • Deleted several commitments: training, equipment, respond to community air toxics concerns; Environ$en$e.

  7. Reminders:Interim FSRGrant Balances • Submit an interim financial status report (FSR) to the EPA Admin Project Officer by 12/31/08. (Not to Las Vegas.) • Necessary to verify MOE; grant condition • Watch your grant balances and draw funds as appropriate.
