What happens at a Duplicator • Two duplicators – PTB & NAC • Daily processing: • Download Patron list (when necessary) • Download Pick list • Generate cartridges • Upload production report • Perform returned card processing • Upload card images to MOC
MOC returned card processing • Automatic image processing by MOC for good images • Manual processing by duplicator and NLS for problematic images • Images sent to Library via email
