Army Training Regiment Bassingbourn • 14 weeks training:- V&S, Drill, Ranges, Exercise, PT, CBRN, PHYSICAL TRAINING PROGRAMME • Staff:- MAA, QMSI, 4 APTCI, 30 AAPTI • Progressive 14 weeks PT programme • Health and fitness education • Endurance and circuit based lessons • Conditioning • Periodisation
Primary Care Rehabilitation Facility • Staff:- 3 Doctors, 7 Nurses, 2 Physio, 2 ERI • Care pathway:- highlighting injury at earliest opportunity, Doctor, Physio, Doctor, Rehabilitation • Physiotherapy treatment:- massage, ultra-sound, acupuncture, education, orthotics • Rehabilitation programme:- initial assessment, specifics, group therapy, swimming, function • Analysis:- daily contact, fortnightly assessments, monthly health committee meetings, 6 monthly audits
