  3. 今週やったこと１ • 道路公団について • NEXCO3社に民営化 • 災害時の代替性を確保するよう取り組んでいる • 論文等は公開されていない • 鉄道総研の文献検索 • 災害リスクなどにまつわる論文あり■ • 国土交通白書 • 人口減少や経済転換への対策に主眼 • CiNiiで「災害」「代替性」「BCP」など検索 • 論文数点あり■

  4. 今週やったこと２ • 論文を１０個検索してみる（別ファイル） • キーワードはSupply, chain, risk, management, outsourcing… • 試しにすべて英語論文で検索→Abstract

  5. 今週やったこと３ • On the Value of Mitigation and Contingency Strategies for Managing Supply Chain Disruption Risks • Management Science; May2006, Vol. 52 Issue 5, p639-657 • Tomlin, Brian • 時間の都合でIntroductionとConclusionだけ

  6. 概要 • SC上のリスクに対し、どのような対策をとるのが有効であるか • 過去事例(Ericsson, Nokia)(Chiquita, Dole)… • Frequent and short VS Rare and long • Insurance, Inventory, Sourcing, Rerouting, Demand Managing →最適な戦略はどのようなものであるか評価

  7. Conclusionから • 生産容量の柔軟性をもたせる • コスト削減 • Contingent reroutingを可能に　（？） • 在庫戦略の代わりになりうる • 在庫を増やす • Rare and long なケースではあまり役に立たず • 継続的なコストがかかる • 事前情報がこの戦略の有効性に大きく作用す • 研究継続中との記述あり

  8. 今後のタスク • 今回の論文を読みきる • 道路交通の代替性に関する論文を読む
