  2. The Concern Students do not feel like they are not being listened to.

  3. Our challenge To improve the student body’s feelings of personal importance to the center, and themselves. The Relationship between students and staff are falling apart as a result of negative communications.

  4. Our Solution

  5. Success will Decrease student drop out by 15% with in 6 month term S.G.A. President will track and average drop out rates over last 6months and monthly there after.

  6. In Conclusion Students do not feel like they are not being listened to. (Not Important) S.M.A.R.T. SPECIFIC- Student body will feel listened and valued as result of the commitment of time and resources to recognizing and rewarding their personal accomplishments, provided by the S.G.A. Measureable- Goal will measured by the % of scheduled events that are carried, and improvement in number of students not dropping out of program Attainable-Goal is delegated to Auxiliary S.G.A. positions and broke, down to small manageable scheduled tasks. S.G.A. - President will take personal ownership for his subordinates following established schedules. Realistic- Realism of goal provided for in it’s organization , which will be performed by elected official which carry the greatest measure of belief in the value of said task Timely- Schedules have established realistic launch dates, in addition to a chain of command process to ensure that we continue to reduce the amount of students dropping out of Jacobs Creek
