  4. The Heartbeat of African dance is the African drum. Without drums there is no dance because dancer feed off the drum. Don’t Look at Your Feet – Look at Your Heart

  5. With live drummers on the side, dancers are encourage to move their whole body with the beat of the drums It is Not How you Move. It’s How You Feel
