Membership Requirements • Membership Dues ($35 for the semester or $50 for the year, refundable upon completion of 3 BIG Fundraisers) DUE TODAY • Attend 4 out of 6 meetings • Complete 15 Hours of HOSA Volunteer hours OR 12 hours and 6 outside hours/charity points • Complete 1 BIG Fundraiser and 2 Small Fundraisers • Attend 3 Social Events • ALL SIGN-UPS THROUGH WEBSITE

Donors Play • At each meeting, we will be testing a game app to raise money for competitions • Please text “txhosa” to 650-319-7142 and follow the prompts to download the app on your smart phone • If you plan to participate in competitions, you MUST complete Donors Play EVERY week along with 2 friends. (We can check this!)

  11. Competitions! • National Registration Dues ($20) by TODAY • Scholarships available for National Members ($500-$2000) • State will be March 27th – 29th in San Antonio • Nationals will be in Orlando, FL • MUST BE ACTIVE THIS SEMESTER TO PARTICIPATE • See Grace to turn in dues. • We will start having study socials to prepare
