WestConnect Planning Workshop

The WestConnect Planning Workshop, held on October 31, 2007, in Phoenix, AZ, was presented by the Western Area Power Administration. This workshop detailed key points regarding power administration in the Desert Southwest region, including the collaboration among various sites such as Reno, Nevada, and several significant taps and feed lines. Insights were shared on important regional infrastructure including Headgate Rock, Blythe, Parker, and Kofa, among others. Geographic drawings relevant to planning decisions will be provided subsequently.
