OBJECTIVE, MISSION AND MAIN DIRECTIONS CENTER OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER: • state institute for innovation development; • one of the main operator of the State program for forced industrial-innovation development of Kazakhstan; • integrator of engineering and new technologies transfer services in Kazakhstan. Mission: Modernization of the real economy Objective: Assisting in the implementation of industrial-innovative development of Kazakhstan, modernization of technical, technological and managerial levels of domestic enterprises Main directions: (1)Engineering; (2)Technology Transfer; (3)Innovation Infrastructure Administrated state programs: • Implementation of modern management technologies (Lean, Kaizen); • Business incubation of a new projects; • Creation and development of a design engineering bureaus (5 no’s); • Management of a innovation infrastructure (8 no’s techno parks); • Technological inspection/expertise of a new projects; • Development of a Technology agreements between Ministry of industry and new technologies and National companies; • Kazakhstan technology transfer network.
