  10. . • Manifestation of disintegration • Loneliness of learner • Disagreement for other religion can cross the limit • Real purpose of making ideal classroom can fail • Teachers flexibility and knowledge of proper judgment plays a major role • Role of proper Curriculum development • Lack of proper infrastructure, specific rules and regulations can make a worse dream.

  11. Duty of Teacher in the Multicultural Classroom

Teacher should be knowledgeable, Efficient and have ability to judge perfectly. • Marking the student according to different class, culture,religion,socio-economic condition. • Teacher should have respect for all students. • Examine the curriculum before teaching. • To make curiosity among the students for other culture, religion etc. .

  13. . • Adopt technique to make curiosity among the students for other religion, culture etc. • Initiative not to grow any loneliness among the students • Respectful attitude among the different students. • Peaceful envioronment in the classroom. • Active participation of students in the teaching-learning process.

  14. . • Organizing cultural programme. • To make poster to aware the students for the memorable moments of other community. • Impartial attitude among the students during the time of learning. • To make it remember all the students that they are actually “Global Citizen”. • To grow the attitude among the students that all community,culture,religion are equally important.
