  2. Goal • To make swirly coloured patterns [in milk ]

  3. prediction It will make a maze.

  4. Materials • Flat bowl or a deep plate. • Dishwashing liquid. • Different food colouring. • Milk.

  5. STEPS 1.Fill the bowl or plate with milk 2-4cm [½ in] deep. 2. Add a few drops of different food colourings. 3. Add a few drops of dishwashing liquid in the centre of the bowl. 4. Watch the swirly coloured patterns form!

  6. Results Three different colours will come up in the Bowl or plate.

  7. Conclusion The three colours spun.
