  1. WHY DO I EAT WHAT I DO?

Emotional When I feel sad or happy or basically any kind of emotion, I will most likely anything that’s in the fridge because I don’t really have a “comfort” food, I just eat whatever that’s good, or whatever I’m in the mood to eat at the moment. Sometimes I crave sweet things, and other times I crave sour or spicy. I hate those days where I watch TV and I see how skinny, and tall and perfect the actors are so models or whatever, and I always put myself down cause I’m like, “why can’t I be that skinny? Or that tall?” There’s days where I barely eat or don’t eat at all because of that. That’s what I hate because I hate how easily I’m influenced and intimated I am by girls like that. But then I’m just like who cares? Everyone is different, so.. YOLO.

  3. GEOGRAPHY In Afghanistan we would eat a lot of manto which it’s a traditional type of food, and I’m pretty sure that most Canadians or other type of religion wouldn’t know about it, or have ever tried it. Which in my opinion are missing out because it’s very tasty and very spicy to.

  4. SOCIAL when I’m with a friend or a group of friends I would eat anything that’s available but seafood because there’s a lot of types of food that I enjoy, minus seafood cause that’s nasty. I will not eat anything that I swim with.

  5. Cultural & Religion Most of the days of the week our family would eat rice and chicken because it tastes very delicious and it’s easy to make. It’s also one of the main foods Afghans eat.

  6. PHYSCIAL After I play sports or do something physical I will eat a lot of fruits and drink a lot of water because fruits are nice and sweet and there juicy, and I drink a lot of water to because it’s good for you while your active. & cause it tastes good. Sometimes I eat a specific type of food not because I like it, but because it’s good for me. Fruits are low in calories and fat and are a great source of fiber, minerals and vitamins. It helps the body protect from oxidant stress, diseases, and cancers. Not only dose it look good, but it taste good too!
