Installation • Study the location antenna pattern • Evaluate the most effective antenna in the location • Examine the contour of the location • Carefully plan the spot where the antenna be located • Consider the height of your antenna • Find the direction of the strongest signal
continuation • Prepare all the materials needed before the installation begin • Analyze the television system used (NTSC, PAL, SECAM etc.) and check any possible TV problem before installing the antenna • Measure and mount the cables (including boosters) to the antenna terminals while on the ground • Consider all precautionary measure before the installation
Mounting • Use GI wire or pipes brackets in stabilizing the pole of the antenna • Make sure that the pole is connected to the ground • Stabilize the mounting of the antenna to the pole • Always seek assistance when installing antenna
Adjustment • Connect the antenna to the TV set • Set the TV to auto program and run • Set TV to the weakest station and adjust slightly the antenna direction and find the strongest signal • Re-check the TV channels and finalize the set up
