  1. Joint Initiative Update • OATI has been chosen as the preferred vendor to develop an online bulletin board and trading platform. It will allow counterparties to trade power within the hour (subject to the counterparties and transmission providers scheduling constraints) and for longer terms. • Provides automated OASIS querying and automated tag population. • Low cost

Joint Initiative Update • Two efforts underway • OATI building out the Dynamic Scheduling System • Anybody can join (same fees as initial participants) • Within hour trading post/bulletin board • Manually post bids and offers which can be viewed by other participants. • Find postings that match their requirements, execute and confirm trades. • Locate low cost transmission paths with adequate capacity, purchase transmission rights, and create e-Tags. • OATI is preferred vendor, finalizing contract • Special offer if sign by April 30
