AVERAGE VACATION DAYS

This analysis evaluates responses from 564 participants regarding vacation and paid time off policies within organizations. Conducted from August 22 to August 29, 2007, the survey received a 21% response rate with 2,744 emails returned. The study investigates whether organizations provide a set number of paid vacation days or a consolidated paid time off plan that includes sick, vacation, and personal days. The findings aim to inform workforce management strategies on offering competitive vacation benefits. The data has a margin of error of +/- 5%.
