This has led to the development of eco-friendly building products such as wood-polymer composites (WPC). 

  3. Building Material - WPC WPC is an eco-friendly material that is acting as a replacement for natural wood and plywood. It is a composite material that constitutes a waste of Wood fibers and thermoplastics. They are mixed to form a base material possessing thick consistency. It is then further extruded and molded to different required shapes and sizes.

  4. Characteristics Of WPC Planks It looks and retains natural wood aesthetics. It requires less maintenance as it does not distort/bend or chip off in small pieces like natural wood. It is highly resistant to moister and so it is a highly durable material. It has resistance to termite and fungus. Most importantly, WPC demands minimal maintenance when compared to wood. Due to the presence of recycled plastics, WPC as a material has a lifetime of over 25 years and importantly is recyclable at any point during this time.
