  17. Lessons Learned • SoTL can be an overwhelming topic • We built it, they came, but no SoTL work • Synchronous events, then online discussions • Convenience counts • Focus on SoTL, not the technology

  18. Outputs • Raised awareness of new type of scholarship • Academic staff more interested in collaborative scholarship • Increased credibility & visibility for UWEX in UW System and beyond
