Enhancing Policy Coordination Through Human Layer Insights
In this workshop update, we focus on policy coordination at the human layer, building on previous feedback that indicated our ontology work was well-received. We explore our understanding of policy usage and the challenges participants face in this realm. By simulating policy scenarios, we aim to test and refine our approaches while inviting your insights. Our expertise in information systems analysis and goal-oriented requirements engineering supports this endeavor. We welcome discussion on applying these concepts to the JIIRP domain and learning from coordination simulations.

A Brief Update • Previous workshop: • Presented an Ontology • New/different: the human layer • Feedback was: looks fine, carry on • This workshop: • Policy coordination at the human layer
Overview • Our understanding of policy and its usage • Can test policy by playing out scenarios • We like to know what are the challenges you face? • We can offer our current thoughts for your feedback.
Our Current Thoughts • Our relevant expertise: • Information systems analysis (requirements elicitation) • goal-oriented requirements engineering • Questions: • Can we apply this to the JIIRP domain? • Can we simulate policy coordination and learn something from it? • Demonstrate through a simple example
Open for Discussions • Your thoughts?
