  2. Introduction My topic is about heart attack it is important because of a lot of people die each day of heart attack. There are things that we can do about this is by going to the doctor, to see how your health is. Do not let it when you start to feel the pain or get sick because if you left time passed when you go it is going to be to late.

  3. What is a heart attackIn my own words • Is when the blood do not pass to your heart so you get heart attack, but it could also be when you have to much fats in your vessels so your blood do not go to your heart. So you get pain in your chest or arms that a singles of a heart attack. And if you are over weight that a single to get a heart attack to.

  4. A heart attack • (WebMD, A.D.A.M, and National heart lung and blood institute.) A heart attack occurs when blood flow to a section of heart muscle becomes blocked. Without blood and the oxygen it carries, part of the heart starts to die but the heart muscle dies or becomes permanently damaged. Your doctor calls this a myocardial infarction.

  5. Symptoms • A tight band around the chest • Bad indigestion • Something heavy sitting on your chest • Squeezing or heavy pressure • It could be your chest to your arms, shoulder, neck, teeth, jaw, belly area, or back. • ( A.D.A.M)

  6. Two type of angina • Stable angina this is when you have pain on your chest but your heart is working harder but when you rest it goes always. (WebMD) • Unstable angina this when the pain keep coming back and front and it does not make if you are resting you get the pain and that is a sign that you are going to get a heart attack • (WebMD)

  7. How often • “ the pain usually lasts long than 20 minutes. Rest and medicine called nitroglycerin do not completely relieve the pain of a heart attack the symptoms may also go away and come back.” (A.D.A.M)

Factors for heart attack • Increasing age (over age 65) • Male gender • Diabetes • Family history of coronary artery disease • High blood pressure • Smoking • To much fat in your diet • Unhealthy cholesterol levels, especially high LDL (bad) and low HDL (good) • Chronic kidney disease • (A.D.A.M)
