  2. What is new? • A whole new user interface • Dilution for unknowns • Outliers filter • More flexible well assignments • Dose Response analysis • Virtual plates • Weighted regression • Additional built in graphs • Simplified reports

User Interface • MasterPlex QT 2.0 has entirely new user interface while maintaining the overall ease of use which was a strength of version 1.0. • Version 2.0 is focused on accommodating cross-plate analyses with new, intuitive sets of interfaces. • Version 2.0 works faster, easier and looks better.

  4. Template Creation • Template creation is easier than ever. • Non-adjacent wells can now be selected. • Backward compatible with templates from version 1.0. • Additional well group type has been added for “Control Wells.” • Dilution for unknowns can now be specified. • The three-step quick analysis is still available for reduced work load in template creation.

  5. Calculations • Treat replicate standards as individual points or average them. • Calculate Mean, Standard deviation and %CV for standard and unknown replicates. • Apply weighting to offset heteroscedasticity and increase sensitivities in lower ranges. • Fix background level to zero. • Dose Response and post calibration analyses.

  6. Cross-Plate Analysis • Combine multiple plates into one plate. • Compare and analyze samples from different plates at the same time. • Use standard from one plate to calculate unknowns from another plate. • Keeps track of standards runs over time for Quality Assurance. • Virtual plates helps accomplish all of the above.

  7. Data Representations • Seven built in graphs. • All graphs are fully customizable. There is no need to use another tool for your presentations. • Extract data from generated charts. • All charts can be exported into other applications. • Sort data within charts.

  8. Reports • Reports can be generated with a click of a button. • Reports can be exported to nine different file formats. • New type of report with compact layout is available.
