  2. History of the company MiK company was established in June 1990 as a manufacturing company dealing with processing of plastics. Dynamic development of the company resulted in purchase of property on Melioracyjnej 6 Streetin 1992. In 2000 the company started to cooperate with LegrandFael Limited Liability Company. At the beginning it dealt with production of molding but soon after it started to include the installation of electrical components. In 2001 the company changed its legal status from partnership into Limited Liability Company. In 2004 the company was given the PN-EN ISO 14001:1998 Certificate, PN and PN-EN ISO 9001:2001. In 2006 MiK company was rewarded with GazelaBiznesu 2005 and became the member of Business Centre Club. At the moment the company employs 320 workers. The most important role in the process of management is the role of the firm which shows to the internal and external environment the values represented by the particular company and its role to meet the social needs. The aim of MiK Limited Liability Company is linking the actions of the market and productive approach. The aim of marketing approach of MiK Limited Liability Company is to offer the products and services, which are more competitive and better than of other companies, and satisfy the client of the particular segment of the market.

  8. Installation of parts and components At the moment the MiK company employs 320 people. The most basic technologies used in the firm are: Thermoplastic injection technology Thermoset injection technology Technology of assemblies and components installation including soldering and heat sealing. The company offers the possibility of production and coating of metal parts in the branch of the company in Slawkowie (ALDA). Electrodeposition coating technology, coating and padding are performed by experienced operators. In cooperation with the best quality tool there is the possibility of forming the mold.
