  4. The Desktop Organise equipment & frequently used items within reach – no twisting or reaching

  5. Posture Head not excessively bent over or forward Keep wrists in neutral position Shoulders relaxed and comfortable - no slouching Elbows parallel to keyboard

  6. Laptops Use a docking station with standard keyboard, mouse and monitor Use a laptop stand Keep your display screen clean
