  7. Be sensitive to verbal and non verbal feedback

  8. Samples neat, well organized and readily accessible

  9. Good working knowledge of material and how to access it in the price book

  10. Emphasis on communicating and educating • If you are nervous, you are likely either not prepared or you are trying to impress. rather than impressing

  11. End with a summation and, or a statement of your objective.

  12. Allow passion and enthusiasm to emanate through your presentation
